Embedded Software Developer (m/f/o) for ARM/C/C++
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Your job will include the programming of embedded systems for micro-controller circuitry (8 / 16 / 32 Bit / ARM)
- Besides App programming for iOS / Android und PC software, you will be responsible for hardware-near software developments
- Your excellent understanding of correlations and principles of action will help you analyse customer needs and determine software requirements
- In these tasks, you will rely on your independent capabilities in fault analysis, test case presentation and test system development for software components
- In coordination with the general and development management, you will take on the tasks of product qualification and certification
- As project leader, you will ensure success by focussed communication and coordination of relevant internal sectors
Requirements:
- Fresh ideas and open-mindedness for interdisciplinary system thinking backed by information technology studies or similar qualifications
- Proof of solid vocational experience in software development, along with skills in the fields of operating system building, task scheduling, driver architectures and inter-process communication
- Pertinent experience in micro-controllers (preferably ARM-based) as well as embedded systems
- Good knowledge in C/C++ programming languages
- Know-how in ARM-based toolchain (GCC, Eclipse, JTAG debugging) and PIC microchip development environments
- Experience in process communication (BACnet) and Ethernet communication desirable
- Independent and focussed working in combination with a positive team spirit and high quality awareness
- Business fluency in German and good English language skills in speaking and writing
