Indoor climate sensors to increase well-being
Especially since the pandemic, our collective awareness of truly good indoor air has been heightened.
Our room climate cooler AERASGARD® RCO2-AS is available as a surface-mounted or tabletop device and reliably informs you about the quality of your indoor air thanks to an intuitive traffic light system and an optional warning tone. An increased CO2 level leads to concentration difficulties and discomfort such as headaches or nausea – up to serious health risks. The room sensor is used wherever many people are in relatively small spaces, e.g., in schools, offices, conference venues, or shops.
Reducing Operating Costs
In addition to enhancing well-being, the device significantly contributes to reducing your operating costs. The intuitive traffic light display reliably informs you about the current CO2 concentration in the room. While the green display indicates good indoor air, the red display (possibly including a warning tone) signals that the threshold values for healthy indoor air have been exceeded. You should initiate immediate ventilation measures. This demand-driven room ventilation saves a considerable amount of energy: You ventilate exactly when it is necessary! A few minutes of burst ventilation with windows wide open is far more energy-efficient and healthier than leaving the windows ajar for a long time, for example. We recommend 1 sensor per 30 m² of room space.

What Does the CO2 Level Have to Do with Our Health?

The maintenance-free CO2 measuring devices AERASGARD® RCO2-AS with traffic light display and power supply capture the CO2 concentration in the indoor air from 0 to 3,000 ppm.
