The calibratable outdoor humidity/temperature sensor HYGRASGARD® AFF - SD / AFTF-SD measures the relative humidity and/or temperature of the air. It converts the measured variable into a standard signal of 0-10 V or 4...20 mA, is optionally available with/without display, with terminal box housing made of impact-resistant plastic, housing cover with quick-locking screws.
The measuring transducer has four switchable temperature ranges and is used in non-aggressive, dust-free environments, in refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and clean room technology. The relative humidity (in % RH) is the quotient of the water vapor partial pressure and the saturation vapor pressure at the respective gas temperature. The device is designed for the exact measurement of humidity and uses a digital, long-term stable sensor as the measuring element. The sensor is calibrated at the factory; fine adjustment by a specialist is possible depending on the environment.
