Customer Service Coordinator, Internal Sales Export (m/f/d)

Your mission with us

• You independently manage our international existing and new customers and actively expand them – active communication is part of your day-to-day work
• You prepare quotations and take full responsibility for end-to-end order processing
• You are responsible for customs and export documentation
• You keep an eye on shipping and delivery processing and ensure that all country-specific regulations are complied with
• You prepare order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, shipping and export documents, supplier declarations, certificates of origin, and preference evidence (e.g., EUR.1)
• You work closely and trustingly with production, purchasing, accounting, and the management

What you bring with you

• A completed commercial education, e.g., as a freight forwarding clerk (speditionskaufmann/-frau), or a comparable qualification with interest in international sales
• Solid knowledge of export and customs procedures, as well as an independent, careful way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact, teamwork, and organization
• Confident handling of MS Office and, ideally, experience with the ERP systemBusiness Central
• Very good English skills in both spoken and written form – additional foreign languages are a plus

Your responsibilities

• Development and implementation of innovative embedded hardware and software solutions
• Conceptual design, design, and further development of modern electronic systems for our products
• Close collaboration with software developers and other specialist departments to successfully integrate hardware and software components
• Analysis, testing, and optimization of existing systems and designs
• Participation in pioneering development projects in the field of building automation and smart building technologies
• Support in the development of new product generations for international markets

What you bring to the role

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of embedded systems development (hardware and software)
• Experience with common hardware development tools and embedded platforms
• Good knowledge of C/C++
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout software
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and a high degree of initiative
• Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
• Very good German and English skills (at least level C1)
